Most of the products that we carry can be picked up at our store. This can cut the costs by coming to the store and picking-up
your order instead of paying expensive shipping.

Here are 4 easy steps for in store pick-up:

Make a list of items: This should include the Pick-Up number, Item Name, and how many of that item you want. Copy and Paste
is your friend!

Send the list to kosb@twcny.rr.com with the e-mail subject of "In Store Pick-Up".
Be sure to include your name and optionally a phone number.

Wait for a response (by e-mail). This should not take long as Kimberly checks her e-mail regularly.

Pick-up your order at the Boutique. Payment required at pick-up. You may also pay through Paypal.

The Response E-mail:
- Confirm your In Store Pick-Up order.
- Notify you if one or more items are out-of-stock or otherwise un-available for In Store Pick-Up.
- Establish a deadline for the pick-up.
- Give you an estimated total of the order.
Canceling Your Order:
- To cancel your In Store Pick-Up order you can either let the deadline pass or send a reply e-mail containing your
name and the words "Cancel Pick-Up Order".
Other:
- Kimberly reserves the right to reject the In Store Pick-Up order at any time, and for any reason.
- Pick-Up times are during store hours.
