Welcome! The Crop 4 a Cure is a fund raiser event to help Team Donna raise money for a local Breast Cancer Foundation.
"Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer among women in the United States and worldwide (excluding skin cancer).
In 2007, it is estimated that 240,510 new cases of breast cancer will be diagnosed among women in the United States. Breast
cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death for women in the U.S, after lung cancer. Approximately 40,460 women in
the U.S. will die from the disease in 2007. Breast cancer is the leading cause of cancer death for U.S. women between
the ages of 20 and 59, and the leading cause of cancer death for women worldwide."

"Between 1994 and 2003, the mortality rate for women of all races combined declined by 2.4% annually."

The result of better understanding of the desease, better facilities, and earlier diagnosis did not come without help. That help was
bought about by donations and funding by groups all accross the world to help find a cure to this tragic desease. So wont you help us

Wadhams Hall, Ogdensburg, New York
Admission: $30 per seat.
Registration Cut-off: September 20th, 2007
Join us at Wadhams Hall in Ogdensburg, New York on October 6th, 2007. Spend your day scrapbooking, stamping, and enjoying
the fellowship of other crafters. Our fun filled day will include a vendor from Kim's O'Scrappin' Boutique, as well as
demonstrators from Close to My Heart, Stampin' Up, and Creative Memories.
The days events include:
- Classes (to be announced)
- Hourly Drawings
- Door Prizes
- Door Prize At The End of the Day
- Goody Bags
We would like to make up a survivor and memorial albums for the day. If you are a survivor or have someone that you would like to
have page done in honor of, please contact Kimberly Doerr at kosb@twcny.rr.com and send her a picture and some information on the
person you would like a page of. The layout size will be 6x6.
Admission:
The admission price is $30 and will include your work space, a goodie bag, lunch and dinner. Out of the admission $25 will go to the
cure and $5 will go for the use of the hall. All the proceeds from the raffle, and silent auction will be going to Team Donna.
Kim's O'Scrappin' Boutique is donating 10% of the proceeds from the sales for that day will be going to the cure. Make checks or
money orders payable to Kim's O'Scrappin' Boutique with a memo, *Crop for a Cure 2007*.
Want to make sure you get a spot?
A non-refundable deposit of $10 will hold your spot. The remainder is due by September 15, 2007.
After that date there will be no refunds and the remaining balance will go to Team Donna.
Registration extended to September 20th. No refunds after September 15, 2007.
